We are going to look at the art of self-denial.  Sounds like fun right.  It really is more fun than it sounds.  Self-denial is part of the sanctification process we go through as a follower of Christ.  Jesus practiced it when He walked the earth.  He is our example.  If we say are a follower of Christ, then we need to follow His ways.  Salvation is free but discipleship costs everything.
