We recently had a man on the run here in the county.  He was running from the law and ended up knocking on the door of a retired law enforcement officer.  Talk about bad luck.  Sounds like something Jonah would do.  Jonah is who we will be looking at today.  We are all running through life.  Sometimes we end up running the wrong direction.  We need to make sure we are running towards God.
